I worked as a family lawyer following my graduation from Government Law College, Mumbai. I handled all family law cases from start to finish which included meetings with clients, legal research, creating and drafting all legal pleadings, preparation of legal memorandums and other documents representing clients in negotiation and litigation which included court hearings and trials.
I have practiced law since 2005 and successfully managed a solo family law practice since 2020. I represent clients in all areas of family law including divorce, paternity custody, alimony, maintenance, debt and asset distribution, etc. I have extensive experience representing clients through all stages of their proceedings including drafting and reviewing all pleadings, legal research, oral arguments, participating in mediation and litigation which has included hundreds of court hearings and numerous trials. I have provided expert legal advice for complex family law matters.
